Terms and Conditions
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the client ("Buyer") agrees to purchase research materials from Double R Labs L.L.C. ("Double R Labs").
1. Buyer agrees that all materials purchased are intended strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only. These products are not for human consumption, medical, veterinary, or household use.
2. Buyer affirms that they are a qualified professional, fully capable of handling and storing any and all materials supplied by Double R Labs.
3. Materials provided by Double R Labs include, but are not limited to, peptides, proteins, chemicals, powders, liquids, labware, and research-use-only items.
4. Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the handling, storage, and use of such materials.
5. Buyer understands and accepts that Double R Labs makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations—express or implied—regarding the fitness or use of the products.
6. All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of the materials, returns are not accepted unless the wrong item was shipped or there was a verified defect.
7. Buyer accepts full liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of materials purchased from Double R Labs.
8. Double R Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time if there is suspicion of misuse or if compliance with regulations is in doubt.
9. Buyer acknowledges that the materials are experimental in nature and may not be listed or approved by any regulatory body.
10. Double R Labs retains full ownership of all proprietary names, branding, and related intellectual property.
11. Orders must be placed through the official Double R Labs website. Once confirmed and paid, the order will be processed and shipped in accordance with the shipping policy.
12. Buyer agrees not to resell or distribute any purchased materials unless expressly permitted in writing by Double R Labs.
13. By completing a purchase, Buyer agrees to all terms within this agreement.
14. The liability of Double R Labs is limited to the cost of the materials purchased.
15. Double R Labs does not offer any advice or guidance on usage, dosage, or combinations of materials.
16. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Double R Labs reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order even after payment has been processed. A full refund will be issued if needed.
17. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Double R Labs is registered.
18. Buyer understands that violation of any of the above terms may result in denial of future purchases.
19. No third-party rights are granted or intended under this Agreement.
20. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.
21. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Buyer and Double R Labs and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
22. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Double R Labs L.L.C. Shipping & Handling Double R Labs L.L.C. dispatches orders through USPS Priority. Any order that is finalized, paid for, and confirmed before 2pm PST is typically shipped the same business day, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed, paid for, and confirmed after 2pm PST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched on the next available business day. Orders are typically shipped very quickly, same day or next business day. But in rare events may take up to 2 full business days once payment is confirmed. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Transit times may vary and are beyond the control of Double R Labs L.L.C. Once a package has been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) with any inquiries regarding the status of their package.

ORDER PROCESSING
You can place an order with Double R Labs L.L.C. anytime through our secure online store. After your order has been confirmed and payment is completed, it moves into our fulfillment process. We carefully pack your items and ship them using reliable carriers like UPS and USPS. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an automatic notification with your tracking information.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Double R Labs L.L.C. holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical mistake or inaccurate pricing information received from suppliers, Double R Labs L.L.C. reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for that item. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or a credit card has already been charged. If your payment has been processed and the order is subsequently canceled, a refund will be issued to your card for the full amount charged based on the incorrect price.

PAYMENTS
At Double R Labs L.L.C., we accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, direct bank transfers via Wise, and credit cards. Please note that credit card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge. Be sure to enter your exact billing address and telephone number as registered with your credit card provider—any discrepancies may result in processing delays. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as Doublerlabs.net.
